A search for this film didn't return any results, so I'll post the trailer. A co-worker said he saw it before the new Bond flick. YouTube - 2012 trailer http://teaser-trailer.com
Should be fun for the effects alone I'm sure.

lol that movie looks like it will be epic stupid yet i am looking forward to seeing it.
I really hope they dont reference the mayan calendar 2012 doomsday paranoia bullshit. cuz that same calendar said life began only a few thousand years ago. they were hardly accurate especially since they couldnt even predict their own destruction.

There is no possible way we can figure out anything more about the Mayans because those christian sons of bitches burned all their written documents. We were lucky to even find anything of substance to learn from, fucking religious motherfuckers.

BTW their calendar wasn't "gay."
It was pretty motherfucking accurate, and still is. Not talking about predicting the future but the accuracy of telling time.
great CGI, stupid fucking movie. the best part was the yellowstone supervolcano explosion. worst part being the end with the ships. seriously the part with the gears was ridiculous. this movie had an annoying pattern too. ground collapses along highway while limo/winnebago is trying to outrun it. a crevasse occurs ahead of limo/winnebago and now has to jump said crevasse. plane takes off as it speeds ahead of collapsing exploding ground it...
One thought about the end: They said Africa never got flooded, so by reasoning that means a large chunk of the population of Africa is still there, which means the arks will land and the people living there will be like "wtf? Fuck you, get the hell off our continent!". There's alot of AK-47s there

I actually thought that it wasn't terrible, which is what I was expecting given who made it and all the previews. I delivers on what its offering so most people shouldn't be disappointed unless they have some really wierd unrealistic expectations.
