Wll not too much,, Pulled the air cleaner cover, cleaned up the 1/4 tesspoon of oil at the bottom, and then put it back together, after installing a S.S.flat washer and a small S.S. lock washer on all 4 bolts. Yeah I know I am ANAL!

OH, I will. By the time I get done with it, it'll do just fine. First step is going to be pressure washing and bearings. After that, any metal repair, then painting.

I totally wouldn't use a bent frame. Unlike with a car, the least little thing can put a bike out of balance. Find a bike with a dead power plant and use the frame from that - or just get a frame from a parts bike on E-Bay or somewhere else.
