well i got my gryphon and did the install. so i mounted it and all and i turned the key on in my truck( did not start it) and then pluged in the gryphon. now after agreeing with the terms and conditions, it did its scan and said> ecm not located. then it says press enter to continue.after that it shuts off.. so now what does that mean?...
your prob gonna think ima dummy, lol...but i did put the key on. but i didnt know that i had to turn it another time till all my warning lights came on. i thought i just had to turn it to the acc position...

Just wait for your custom tunes Its a night and day difference IMO. Granted I never had a gryphon with canned tunes, just an edge; and I'm not sure how similar the 'canned' tunes are.
Did you set the Max rpms at least 400 more than the highest shift point? For example, if your shift point is 5000, your max rpms should be at least 5400. It has to have rev room to shift.
