True that, but I belive they worked because after some time I started forgetting to take the remedies (if you can call it that) I would get flu again when temp changed drastically (it does all the ****ing time here, theres no seasons). Nowdays I just try to eat very healthy and it works too. I suppose placebo effect was working when I was younger =P
