Phew....I'm tired...but the North Star is worth the drive. It's what a rock club should be....dark, loud, smokey (not so much anymore), lots of beer.... In our continuing effort to get 'Rychefist' off the ground we debuted 'Speak' ...and we threw in 'The Needle Lies' as well. I'm having a blast playing those tunes...definitely a challenge for me! Thankfully we're not doing a Racer X tribute...

ROCKFIST did another awesome show last night. It was great to party with Screamer and Trista. It's alway's a treat to hear Rick, Kenner, and Ryan do vocal's. And we can not forget about the kickass guitar playing by Ben and the drumming by Chris. It was nice to see and chat with LoFo, Brianna, Sharon, Tracy and Marianna. Thank's a lot for 2 fun show's this past weekend and I will...

Cool. That was the first time I'd made the trek down, and I kinda liked the salt of the earth atmosphere. Actually my favorite part was the slightly harder line-up. Drool! The new tunes were mind-blowing! It was sort of weird to arrive home after 3am; I haven't done that in a decade. TGISunday! Love you all!

My thanks also to everyone coming out and will add Amy to the list of Rockfist! friends making the trek. Dale, the shots are always appreciated...thanks again!
