There usually is an increase in migration when recessions hit, especially from poorer countries.
Somebody told my wife that Spain has higher unemployment than Romania and that is down to all the Romanians being in Spain.

There may well be a lot of Brits still on the list who have moved back to the UK, we had residency, never turned it in when we left.., so that number can go down by at least 2.
