I started watching clips of this workout today and got interested. There is no review as far as I can find and some discussion but not much. If you have this one, I was wondering what you think of it. I like P57, BarMethod, Ellen and CardioBarre. I really like working with the ball. Anyone want to enable me or dissuade me?
I guess I would say I'm a solid intermediate and thoroughly enjoy it. The ball adds a definite bit of intensity to the workouts. There are definitely some moves that feel REALLY tough, but it just gives me something to try and work up to.
A huge thumbs up from me!

I really like it.
Some of the exercises are quite unique, and she incorporates the ball into the exercises well. The only thing I don't like about it, and this seems to be a problem with many of the 10 Minute Solutions , is that everything feels very rushed. Andrea talks so fast, she sounds as though she's been huffing helium - I have heard her being interviewed on a podcast, and her ...

there was a huge thread about this. ever since then, i've been lusting over it.
the thing i can't understand is why Amazon, as a seller, is not carrying it - it's listed in "sports and fitness" and fulfilled by an Amazon seller. see, if Amazon was carrying it, the price might go down. it's been spotted at some of the walmarts, but none of ours carries it, even though the one single ...

I picked mine up at Wal-Mart for $15.00 a couple of weeks ago. I like the thigh and buns segment but havn't really done any of the other workouts. However, I LOVE the ball and now use it for my P57 workouts.

I just found one listed on Walmart's site as 10 minute solution quick sculpt pilates--no mention of ball kit with a release date of 11/29 and a price of $23! Is this the same one? So far Mary has the best deal.
it must be a huge red flag for me personally, that i can't get it here at walmart, or somewhat cheap from amazon. guess i'll wait until 11/29/09 or mary's thanksgiving sale. there's a few more workouts i'd get from mary, so might as well wait.
It just kind of popped up in the middle of a page I was looking at.... No clue how to "find it.," but I'll try.... And, I think the dvds that pop on it are diff everytime I click it....

Good Luck,PhyllisG! I found mine in the Sporing Goods section, along with all the other fitness gadgets. My local Wal-Mart never has anything fitness related but they have those kits, I'll bet you'll find one Judy
