Update: I guess I am a non-smoker now...it's official, been over a month I think, the cravings still get me but not nearly as bad as they used to, I tried to smoke the other day and I nearly threw up coughing so hard!

update: stressful long day, i just fell asleep in a chair. I have a head ache, im going to crawl into a hole and sleep for the winter. Im making a drink brandy, baileys stuff, and vodka. See how this pans out.
