I'd guess that at least one of the commands you are sending is formatted incorrectly.

Hello, I'm trying to load an arbitrary waveform from an array on my Tektronix AFG3101 but I get the error message: <ERR> tkafg3k Error Query; instrument reports: -103,"Invalid separator; invalid message unit separator - ATA EMEM, #3256\00\00&8\00\00" 0,"No error".
