Thread: 100% Whole Wheat Flour, Where you be?

I went to Carrefour the other day and to my surprise they had whole wheat flour. Well at least what I thought was Whole Wheat Flour. Apparently the characters for Whole Wheat Flour in Mandarin is the same kind of flour I use back home to cook 100% whole wheat breads. It was more of a white flour. Anyone know where I can buy REAL Whole Wheat flour? Like it has a good brown hearty color, ...

you can call this guy 13501150856.. he probably lives around WUDAOKOU .. and he'll deliver the stuff to your place IF you purchase 3 bags or more .. one bag is around 20KG .. whole wheat flour is called "HEI MIAN" (黑面) (Black Flour) in Mandarin .. I heard the Golden 5 star market [Jin Wu Xing] (金五星) and Hong Qiao (红桥) have whole wheat flour as well. Hope this helps.
