Another thing to consider is that a Dev (might have been Posi) once saidthat they always intended to offer Villains another way to get Red Caps(with space) that would count for that badge. They never wanted to leaveanyone with half filled progress bars that couldn't be finished.I figure with the 'improved' Halloween event coming up they may just offerup Red Caps by the truck load. Might be worth a bit of patience to wait andsee...

Actually what would be really cool would be shared zones, sort of likePocketD (no PvP), but actually being full zones. Could you imagine how coolit would be if Villians and Heroes had access to places like Croatoa, TheHollows and Perez Park.
