I just got the vx9800 and it is a pretty cool phone..BUT i can't take a song from a cd and make it an mp3 and edit it and put it on my phone as a ringtone(even thought the verizon representetive told me i could do this).I've found out verizon doesnt have a program to let you do that.So im pissed and i have 13 more days to go back to cingular where i know this is possible...can anyone please help ...

First things first....you should always do a search before you post. I know that this has been talked about before (because I learned how to do it less than a week ago from this page). That said you need to get a bluetooth dongle or a serial cable for your phone, I prefer the bluetooth. Next step is to get BitPim from www.bitpim.org and then you simply read the vx7000 bitpim threads and do things...
