Don't count on Punt to vote for a smoking ban. I've seen him at the Mountain Shadows Resturant in Blue Ridge smoking. Very disrespectful

I only wish that clubs were included too. My husband is a highly decorated war veteran who can't even go to the Legion because of the air quality. Per: Terry Punt. He has an addiction, but that should not stop him from voting for this amendment. He may save a life.

Its not going to pass, the senate has heard testimony on the lies about second hand smoke, plus they have heard testimony with regards to business losses incurred,let alone revenue loss at a time when most state govmnts are having to shutdown services in order to balance state budgets..........then theres the issue of private property rights and the question of the peoples rights to choose.........
