Nemo, I know what you mean about smokers on there own time, but when they return to work and are oozing from the smell of smoke from there clothes, hair, body, and breath, please I do not want to taken care of by people who smell like a chimney. When they are in the car or at home, smoke til you die.

No problem with non-smokers. Just problems with non-smokers who are hipocrits, and non-smokers who want to see the tobacco farmers and workers loose their businesses and their homes and the non-smokers that are employed by the paper manufacturers, container manufacturers, fertilizer companies that supply the tobacco business; loose their jobs and homes when their are not any tobacco farms for them to supply to. Like it or not tobacco is a cash...

Would they be happy if they were told they couldn't have the freedom to do something they chose to do? Don't people have much bigger issues to worry about? Right tobacco taxes! Thank the smokers for paying the 50 cents plus a pack tax on their cigs, otherwise the Commonwealth would be charging alot more tax per gallon of gas.
