Secondhand smoke. Oh please. It is outside. Non smokers want smokers to give up a freedom of choice. Would they be happy if they were told they couldn't have the freedom to do something they chose to do? Don't people have much bigger issues to worry about? Like the fat kids, getting fatter, who only sit in front of an electronic babysitter. If I am outside, I shouldn't be told I can't smoke. ...

As long as you have a foot on someone elses property, they have the right to tell you that you are not aloud to smoke their. If you are an employee, you only have the rights that your employer wants you to have. Just like the smokers have said over and over, if you don't like the policies, find another job that will alow you to smoke.

Second hand smoke is no worse then any other pollution in the air. Should we also ban every industry in the world from operating because it has some bad health effects on people ? Some things are just unavoidable , and if you have the time to complain about second hand smoke, take the time to take 5 steps back and breath the polluted air without the second hand smoke.

When smokers light up around others they are taking away other peoples freedom to remain smoke free. It's great to see that non smokers are no longer willing to let that happen.

When it comes to smoking the only privacy that should be allowed to you is in your home or car. That is it. You should not be allowed to smoke in any public or private establishment or business. Maybe we should go back to allowing smoking on planes and grocery stores. I remember flying from Atlanta to L.A. in 1968 and smoking was allowed on the plane. By the time we landed half of the people on ...

No problem with non-smokers. Just problems with non-smokers who are hipocrits, and non-smokers who want to see the tobacco farmers and workers loose their businesses and their homes and the non-smokers that are employed by the paper manufacturers, container manufacturers, fertilizer companies that supply the tobacco business; loose their jobs and homes when their are not any tobacco farms for them to supply to. Like it or not tobacco is a cash...

So, you would be in the 10% of non-smokers with schizophrenics. It is such a disappointment when the odds favor us and we still don't beat them.

Right tobacco taxes! Thank the smokers for paying the 50 cents plus a pack tax on their cigs, otherwise the Commonwealth would be charging alot more tax per gallon of gas.
