Lets see lawyers gets millions so that he can take care of his friend Sen. Atwater. This is as corrupt as anyone can see. Its not about this poor girl but the lawyer and paybacks to Atwater for the millions he gave him.

Insane. You expect the government to babysit you, and then you blame everything on them if the service isn't perfect. They never owed you anything in the first place. And if anyone is at fault here, obviously it's the PARENTS who abused the kid, not the state.

Somebody knows where that scumbag is. Why not a reward to find the boyfriend. He needs to go to jail for life and live in hell. Such sadness. Money will not bring back this life. It only allows for care. The State has not protected its most "at risk" children again.

yes it is the fault of children and families did you not read that children and families was told by doctors nurses etc that this poor little girl was being abused and they still sent the child back to the same people that was abusing her very smart children and family now you have to pay up
