The nylon bushing that connects the wiper motor shaft to the wiper blades arm on my 93 Dakota has deteriorated and wipers are not working. I've got a replacement bushing but need to get to the back side of the wiper arm for the blades to replace it. You must have missed a couple of screwa. It will lift off when the screws are removed. You also have to remove the wipers. I did thesame job on my 95 Dakots. You may have missed the screws on the top of the piece.
