Well today after I went to the gym I decided since I had a crappy pair of binoculars to take a quick look just before dusk at the woods in the University of Victoria. Near the end of my walk I felt something fly over my head so close I could feel it's movements!! It might of even brushed me. I checked the bush it flew into and it was a Northern Pygmy Owl!!
