I'm 16, turning 17 in a couple months. I'm 5'11, 179 Lbs, and currently at 11% bodyfat. I've been training seriously for about 8 months. When I started, I dirty buling for a good 4-5 months, and I gained so much weight (192 Lbs) and I believe that most of it was fat. My current goal is to improve my weak points (chest & Abs).
