I started using Truphone recently on my E 61. I dont think there is any need of a generic sip client seperately for Symbian 9 phones. One already has the options of making an Internet or a cellular call right from his contacts.(video also). Also 2 ITSP's are supported but you need to be specific as to what you would use them for.
