Anything yet? I want to give WM a try again, but so far I don't think there are any HTC phones with the built in SIP client? Any new decent softwares for SIP (that the internal, external and bluetooth work)??? I am still using Nokia devices mainly because of the built in SIP client, but the lack of quad band 3G is driving me nuts ... Thanks!

Even if you manage to get the "native" WM SIP client working, quality is still extremely poor. WM is simply horrible for VoiP, no matter what service or client you use. You could probably live with it for the lack of better options (it is barely usable imho), but once you've tasted Nokia's S60 internal client quality (which is amazing), it just won't cut it anymore. P.S. On a...

I use it quite a bit, and if you set your server especially for it, it's really not to bad. ANd yes, I've tried the Nokia S60 client.

That sucks ... Are you guys sure it is an actual WM problem or not the connection (3G) or the actual VOIP server/proxy? I guess I'll continue to buy Nokia, but if anyone has more info would be appreciated.

I've been using the same provider for almost 3 years, voipbuster, and while some people might have had issues, it has worked perfectly for me. I always use the service through wifi, never tried 3G or EDGE. I've used a few other ones as well, but this has always been the best for me. I've used it on all the WM devices I've had (quite a few over the years), with third party ...
