I personally love using the eliptical. Of course they are expensive, but if you go to a gym, try to use that more than the treadmill or bike. For me, I put it on the hill setting, level 25, and usually go on for 45 minutes. It doesn't feel like a disgusting sweaty workout since there is so much resistance on level 25 that you can't even move quick on it at a high level. Anyways, you ...

I just got an urban rebounder. So far so good, but jogging is still my preferred type of exercise. When the weather turns then I move indoors to the ellipitic. So far, even 5 minutes on the rebounder leaves unsteady and lightheaded. I expect this dissipates over time. Liam

If I run 10 miles by using the treadmill and I'll burn about 1400 calories, if I run 45 minutes I will average 720 calories burned. I wish you the best!

My absolute favorite is the TreadClimber! This fantastic piece of equipment I found at 24 hour fitness. It has combined the treadmill and the stair climber for a butt kickin workout that is fun! It takes a few minutes to get used to but it can burn up to 1200 calories an hour!

I really like my exercise bands because I can exercise anywhere, even while lying on the couch! I really like my Tony Little's Gazelle Edge because I can't jog and this helps me get in the 10,000 steps a day I need to help me lose weight and it is fun to do!

I really like the eliptical. It burns more calories than in 30 minutes, than just walking or other excercises. If you have belly fat it helps with that also. You get results all over including your heart.
