I am back low carbing! So far it's been okay and I know I need to keep this going for life. Menu for today! B- turkey sausage coffee with cream splenda S- grilled chicken slices L- Cheeseburger on oopsie buns, (with the works) crystal light D- going to ball game so I plan to make me a egg cream, and probably a few nuts and diet coke at game.
