Spyware controlling my computer - HELP plz!!! | Thread profile

I am having a heck of a time getting rid of this spyware bot that starts up at a reboot. Seems to be hiding behind Rundll32.exe - I can remove it and my search engines starts working again, but only for a short while because it starts back up. I have used the Hackthis to remove it from the registry, I have used Spybot, Ad-ware, Reg cure, Regcleaner, Norton Anti-virus, Online Trojan (a-squared)....

Well I followed the above pechenegs. I am still seeing some of the adware crap and I am still however locked out of doing a google or yahoo search. I was able to try it once and it worked in IE. I tested Mozilla and it will not search. just keeps saying in the lower left hand corner of the Browser "read www.google.com ". IE same thing now... it will not search either, nor can I use any other ...

The systems seems so much better now. I did forget to run the Combofix.exe That was the fix for the system, not to say the rest of it did not help. Thanks for all the info on this. The fixes are to clean your computer of all the viruses you have which are quite a lot, so I urge you strongly to run all the fixes from my last post to you and post all the logs, then I can see what is left to clean!
