dont wrry, he's a newb, i was obssessed with referrals when i joined but then i realized there is no point in trying so much because there is dozens of other people that want to get a referral as well. I dont bother now unless some PMs me. He will evetually get fed up himself

okay, I got an e-mail back from VM: blah blah blah "... In response to your question, if you punch in an invalid referral code or one that has been used, the system will let you know that the referral code is incorrect. Have a great day, Azam VM Team" maybe I should have also asked what and where the system would indicate that it's incorrect.

Oh, so it looks like it's okay to post referral links and without a "scary" warning, too. The only annoyance, then, would be if someone clicked on a used link and got the "sorry, that code is wrong" message sometime during the activation process (it would probably be a good idea to warn people of that, at least, and I see that you've already done that). Interesting I found this on the VMC website, the T's & C's seem to indicate the kickback can only be used by the one who received the email. They also indicate it can take up to a week to get the $10? That's a long time..
