I've been a bench tech off and on since 1959(County Comm 60's/70's, Edison 80's 90's) and cannot understand why ebay does not have a "Electronics" board or a "Vintage Electronics" board, is it perhaps to challenging for them?.

Very good point, I've wondered this as well. Not sure how a new board is created, however, I'm sure a vintage electronics board would have enough support to make it worth pursuing.

Hi all, Thanks so much for your concerns too, well, i sorta don't want to spend to much energy runnin around on other boards/groups/threads or anything, i figured there would be just a proper place here along with the other "Simple Vintage" stuff. I cannot understand why ebay is so afraid to have a long needed "Electronics" board. I'am maybe perhaps thinking that they don't have the personel ...

PO does actually check for shipping damage if item is insured. many sellers of used never give returns/ refunds on used ... They have to. Buyer can get their $$ back from Paypal by filing a SNAD, or file directly with their CC company for refund. If you're tired of selling to Sparkys, then quit selling on ebay because that's the kind of buyer you're most like gonna get. Even an electronics...

Why is it that "techies" can never seem to spell or use the language correctly? Now you know how "Sparkies" feel. Maybe you're not as superior as you perceive yourself to be.
