Hey, Question has been asked before but I've scoured the forums but no posts seem to have survived. Looking for new tunes with a cool VtR edge. Link to topic or suggestions welcome! Cheers _________________ To Err is Playing, To Forgive is the Story http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/vtrprague

If you like metal, DragonForce is good intro music and for quick fight scenes. They play at a very fast pace. _________________ Sleep is for the weak.

What kind of stuff are you looking for? Goth, metal, orchestral? Anyway, I generally like Danzig, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, and Apocalyptica.

The good thing about Dragonforce, is that you only have to have one song and loop it over. There was a great video on youtube illustrating how each and every song of theirs is pretty much the same(complete with fades showing the exact same chord progression, fills, mostly the same lyrics and tempo etc.), but I can't for the life of me find it now when I need it. =/ Was called Dragonforce, ...

I tend to use a vareity of different artists and music. For vocal music, I've used Evanescence, Within Temptation, Atargatis, Maralyn Manson, a couple of NYC Underground Dance mixes. For instrumental music, I've used movie soundtracks. For things like chambermusic or classical, I've got a number of classical CDs, and I also find the soundtrack to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night ...

Castlevania series really has some of the best music found in games. I'm especially fond of modern mixes/arrangements of the Classic NES and SNES songs played with proper instruments. Like goat does. =) _________________ Fine, I'll step aside for today, but I'll bring a stronger hamster next time!
