Thanks, Q. I know that every few years the FDA, spurred on by big pharma, goes after dietary supplements. It is also of concern to us all that CAFTA contained some language about stifling the health food store type industries. Done. I read the proposed legislation and I don't like it. The Congress should not be telling regulators which statements in support of particular supplements must be allowed. That is not their place.
