face barking Someone please give me the definition of face barking, i gotta get my coonhunting terminology figured out. LOL! is it typical for it to be a male or female

gfults i dont know where you live but since you dont think face barking is a bad thing why dont you bring a pup over for a hunt.... i gotta a buddy that has a female that blows you would prolly love her we can cut em loose on a weekend sometime....im leaving my walker at home just your dog and this female....if you like the female he would prolly give her to you hes tried to give her to ...

i wil have to agree with gfults a dog that face barks is not a cull a cull is a dog that doesnt have the ability or one that is sck face barkin doesnt make them a cull if so there are alot of cull dogs out there that are in the hunts and a dog face barking DOES NOT cause a fight i have dogs here that will tree with face barkin dogs all nite long

if it facebarks it doesnt have the ability to tree a coon the way a coonhound is supposed to tree a coon.... cull it and start over you cant cure it and if you breed it or train pups or hunt other dogs with it they will facebark also....so its best to nip it in the bud or you will be the guy nobody wants to hunt with and gets scratched every 3or4 cast's....doesnt take long in the local ...

if ur dog face barks that doesnt mean the trait will carry on i have seen dogs bred that do it and none of thier pups face bark and if face barkin gets u scratched from a hunt then u have a judge that isnt payin attention especially if it doesnt cause a problem FACE BARKIN DOESNT LEAD TO FIGHTS dogs without brains leads to fighting
