Thanks for posting this. We're one of the ones, who lost out. We were set to travel on 08/01. They accessed our travel account with American Airlines and the Hotel and somehow cancelled. When I access the accounts and enter the confirmation codes, the plans are no longer there. Filed complaint with ebay, paypal, main company, also filing with BBB and AGO's office in AZ.
