for the agression, it could be a fear related thing, or it could be from lack of socialization as a pup, or any nomber of other reasons, but the best thing IMO is to take a bit of a stronger approach to this, yo said you have tried the treats, and the verbal/noise distractions, and obviously they are not working for him, what i have done in the past is to just not allow it and let it be know its...
