Laying 8-inch block for 10 hours. I dont really do too many production block jobs but i gotta say my forearms havent been worked like that in along time!

when i used to do construction, my forearms got the best workout from hammering/chiseling with a heavy hammer. i miss doing manual labor

I miss it to, but not enough to go back to doing it day in and day out . When I drove a moving truck and loaded I was in great shape and could eat anything I wanted without a problem, it was nice. But, the pay and wear and tear was not worth it.

i think sitting all day at this desk is doing more harm to my body than physical work ever has.
