1 bedroom flat in london in the suburbs cost around $360000 in london. In central upwards of $600000. My uni mate's sister lived in an apartment off regents park and there flat was claustophobic hardly could get a single bed in and that was $700000. 3 bed terraced House in Leyton cost around $ 680000 - cheapest i have seen.
