I haven't seen a caramel I liked yet. Straight up caramel, that is. Adding
sunkissed to caramel improves them considerably IMO, but I still wouldn't want to keep one. Adding amel to caramel improves things greatly, but I'm still really picky about it. I only like those butters that have deep, rich, saturated yellows--like the sunglow version of a butter. Otherwise, I don't like butters, ...
