my guess is that the rain ring wasnt kept in the box...instead i think the TYLGokudera found it before he got swapped by the smaller Gokudera.... so Storm ring can open and charge items in boxes 1thru 4 together with 8 and 9.... the Rain ring can open boxes 5 thru 7 including box 8... the Lightning ring is unlocked by opening box 5 with the Rain ring...and Lightning ring can open boxes 9 ...
