That happened to me this morning. Dude was in the far left lane sitting on 65 and I was stuck there behind him because of it. When I did finally get the chance to get by him, on the right mind you, imagine my complete lack of surprise to see he was on a cell phone.

well...you guys did not read the article correctly and you are wrong about the traffic law. If the law says the speed limit is 55 then it is 55. There is no violation for traveling 55 in the passing lane. The police in seattle are not ticketing people for not breaking the law in the passing lane. They are ticketing people for travelling in the passing lane which is a violation. Basically, ...

I drive only between 65-70mph now. I stay on the right lane most of the time unless I have to avoid merging traffic or pass somebody going, yes it's true, 60 mph. And I'm getting 38 mpg for my patience.
