currently on cycle of 750mg sus a week 4th week and as usual gains are very good diet and training are definetly in check and training 4-5 days a week. The thing is over the past year havnt made much gains and been on various courses with correct pct arm measurement is currently 17.25" cold but has been for over a year(even tried syntherol but 2 bottles did jack) and my weight has prettly much ...

Youd be amazed at what difference a short break can make. Plus, switching things up a little wouldnt do any harm. Try a 3 day a week full body for a few weeks rather than a 5 day split. People have got massive on both methods. Switch things up and ill eat my hat if you dont grow. (in reply to theiopener )

(if you are trying to gain that is, not cut). While I think that is a bit on the extreme side, I would definately suggest upping the food intake slightly. Also, what's the obsession with arm size...

A week of every 10-12 weeks for me gives me a right boost, seems to recharge the batteries. After a week off I also change the routine as well just to shock things up a bit. I used to train my shoulders and bis twice a week, worked well on shoulders but bi's didnt like it, think as its only a small muscle in comparison it was getting overworked. I used to train biceps at least twice per week and got very little growth for ages. I changed my routine and was only training bi's once per week, sometimes less and I started growing straight away. (This was all while I was totally natural). I now train bi's once per week and this seems to be working. (in reply to nightwolf )

thanx for the advice guys will defo take note the arm measurements were only to show that not much has changed over the past year now serriously considering not training them at all for a while that total body 3 day a week sounds interesting ill give it a go for amonth is this just one set for each part? I would say eating too, but you should see some growth doing 3 shots of sus a week. My arms were just over 17"'s and three weeks into my cycle they are 17.75" (before training). Eat more i do bi's once a week, but doing back you do them anyway as a secondary muscle. (dependant on excerise obviously). (in reply to spidermke )

On AAS you can only undereat, not over train...
