my mates brother is gunna run his first injectable soon. i gave him advice which he has half listened too but has still made some of his own decisions. basically at the moment he has test cyp 1ml per week (200mg) deca 2ml per week (200mg) 10 weeks he is set on using the deca and at that amount too so i was going to advise him to double the test to 400mg and frontload with...

I wouldnt advise him to frontload he doesnt no how he will react and the more he puts in the worse effects he could have. 500mg cyp and 400mg deca is what i would do if its his first cycle using these compounds.

so like double what he is planning, so no front load.... what about a kickstart, he has used oxy before

up the test, 200 is a waste of time and if he must use the deca- he's better off doing a min of 400/week. personally id say, if he's dead set on the deca test 400-600/week deca 400/week wouldn't bother with the frontload

Run the test 2 weeks longer than the deca, i would do 400 of each. (in reply to carl19 )

Test at 200mg each week on its own i dont think you would even notice you were on it. Deca is relitivly weak and 200mg of that would also not be very noicable. double the dosages and its alot better.
