Maybe they will actually do it this time and not fake it

The first moon landing was not fake. For what reason does everyone believe it was fake? I'm pretty sure the ppl who acctually went there, would not find it amusing. I guess you think that the ISS program is fake too?

The accomplishment for that time period was HUGE. They didn't have the same wireless standards we have now, and they were able to communicate FROM THE MOON (and yet we still get dropped calls......hrmmmm, before you say anything, I know, I was just illustrating a ridiculous point)

you guys ae idioits it happened period. Theres no way to fake that. and Im sure russia faked their landing too? Why would the largest super powers of the time both fake something that large. By our standards today its not safe. It wasnt safe then but back then they thought smoking was goodfor you. We went we saw it happened! What would be easier to fake, the actual landing, or a "live" broadcast. They simply buffered or waited for the entire feed to arrive before broadcasting it. Mars is just a tad further than the moon, that may or may not have something to do with not being able to broadcast "live", I'm not sure...
