Nice work digitaldazz ! Just upgraded to Version 4.0.1.37 with no problems. I used the upgrade utility on the Sky CD with Windows XP SP3 whilst the router was in recovery mode. Seeing as this is my first post I should say hello to everybody! Top site by the way One other thing...and this may be a really stupid question!...is there any reason why the DG834v4 firmware can't be used?

I successfully flashed my DG934G last year, no problems. (see page 6 of this thread). Today, I tired to revert to factory defaults using web interface erase option. After this was completed, the router rebooted as normal, but after a few seconds all the LAN lights flash and the router appears to reboot again. This continues in a loop forever and the router is unusable. ...

I've flashed using v4.01.40 and v4.01.37. The netgear recovery utility seems happen enough, but since trying to revert to factory defaults, I get the wierd reboot loop with the official Netgear firmware. Flashing back to Sky v2.02.34 and everything is ok.
