Hello, in options/connections I have download capacity set to 200 KB p/s and upload capacity set to 64KB p/s. The "download limit" is unchecked, while the upload limit is checked and set to about 52 using the slider control. Occasionally I lower the upload limit beyond that and it usually works fine. But once in a while, doing so will stop upload and downloads. Options/connections reveals ...
