Optimum Nutrition capsules. It's cheap and does not require a spoon.

I need to get some creatine. I put on 8 lbs last year on an expensive one, but forgot who made it. CEE I also have but hear is sucks, or I should take it after work outs or on off days. So, what is a great creatine that won't break me, and do you recommend no explode... I used it for a couple weeks only last summer, had great workouts, but no idea if it helped because I was working out good ...

lol hey its free. even if its not the best its free ya know. and its not expired i work in the mall running a store with my friend and my girl just happens to work in the same mall at gnc.... so i call her and be like babe imma be down and grab this and that and w.e. and shes like ok hun. and then on top of that i got a friend that works in golds here to so i got a "free" ...

They have good supplements, they are just over priced. But you can't beat free supplements.
