yeah good luck with that ryan, you should try that and keep a journal to let us know how that goes, lol. look up an artical called extreme eating for mass. sumo wrestlers are supposed to carry alot of muscle under their fat without weight training so you might be right ryan. so yea, bulk up untill your bed ridden!

ryan, i know you are gung-ho about BB, you can tell by a lot of your posts but if you want the big secret... there aint one. train hard heavy and brief, rest as much as you can, take in more calories than you burn. some of us may dissagree on some small shit but what i said is pretty universal for us. you said you were gonna try DC and thats a great start. STICK WITH IT FOR ATLEAST 6 MONTHS. ...

what is that bullshit! if you went that fat any effortless muscle u did put on would be deffinately lost from all the dieting youd have to go through to get to 15% if youve had experiance with bulking and dieting youll know how hard it is to lose evan 10lbs without losing muscle. did you ever see the half ton men? he lost allot of weight and ended up a skeleton

the lil problem with internet, there are so much miracle routines and diets that some get lost... if you find something that is working for you just stick with it untill it no longer does and then try something different
