if your that concerned with it you could workin incline first assuming you do flat bench before incline, therefore you wont be tired and can work higher reps and get stronger? prolly not what your lookin for but eh. i tried lol

5X5 program will fix that...I had the same issue in high school but once I started doing the 5x5 for 3-4 weeks I went up and continued to go up for some time in the future. Good luck.

Agreed with MrBig, That's how i got to the 315 mark in high school, we loaded up like 345 and did negs with a full spot on the pos, within about a month or handling 295 or so, i was able to get 315 and it has been up since!

Try putting your incline on another day or doing it first before flat bench for awhile. Good advise above also about doing 405 with a spotter - this works great! You'll be doing it soon!

5x5 works nice try doign something different do this if u can warm up then do a single then rest and strip weight off and do a double then take more weight off and do a triple so the workout would look like this 1x1 1x2 1x3 1x4 1x5 1x6 1x7 1x8 1x9 1x10 thats 55 reps total just do that for chest thats should spark some new growth and strenght
