DC_Follower has only posted 2 times and last time he logged in was back when he posted. Not to mention my name 'reaper X' was written both the same way. DC Follower=doggcrapp It's all good. No hard feelings.

With DC I am getting better results and spending less time in the gym. Not to mention high volume training wears out the joints after awhile from repetition.
