Enh, I got a few more to demo and put up there. In my quest to develop a decent baseball workout i found a few more exercises that I didn't have on there that I need to put up there. When we started I did all the explosive shit first. I started with the 25KG plates on the bar...then quickly changed to the 15KG plates because I realized we do a shit ton of explosive exercises. Next was lower body...which killed me Then Upper Then Core Then Plyos...so by the time I demoed 80 some odd lifts I didn't really have very impressive ups.

Yeah, not THAT ASU, Angelo State. I work with all of the sports here. Football, M/W Basketball, Softball, Volleyball, Baseball, W Soccer, and the Track team, mainly the throwers. The system we use depends on the sport and the time of the year.
