Per ESPN Radio, It's nice to know that Jeremy will be given a chance. If Jeremy makes the team, I think it would probably make Willie Reid expendable.

IMO Reid is expendable regardless, if Bloom just caught every kick and took a knee it would be an upgrade over Reid.

time to see what willie reid is really made of... it's his last chance in a steelers uniform, heck maybe even an NFL uniform...

We have a terrific #1 and #2 then probably the worst #3-5 in the league. This is an area we MUST improve.

This is also a move to push Rossom, who's not the youngest cat. Hopefully he pans out. BUT we better find someone to cover the kicks too.

I agree except that I think Washington earned a little more time with his performance towards the end of the season. The guy has talent, but lacks consistency. I have actually turned the corner on him a bit. He should go work out with Holmes...
