Very disgusting and idiotic contest. There are fewer stupider things in life than Competitive Food Eating Contests. # 1, it's a total waste of food, # 2, it's not good for the body to eat so much food, # 3, it's not healthy at all and # 4, it just proves how big of an idiot you are. It's not that much food compared to how much is consumed at a typical football game or baseball game. You don't gain weight from competitive eating either. At least it is not an inevitable side effect. Some of the "best" eaters are quite thin.

If they want to destroy their bodies, more power to them. I've been pretty entertained by the last couple contests. I dare you to watch it and not get wrapped up in it when its a close contest.

It's not that much food compared to how much is consumed at a typical football game or baseball game. You don't gain weight from competitive eating either. At least it is not an inevitable side effect. Some of the "best" eaters are quite thin.
