Outside run and kennels..any plans? | Thread profile

Currently I'm building some more outside runs and kenneling for six dogs in three kennel / runs. Poking round the web I've found nothing that gives a detailed description on how to do this for Mr Joe NonBuilding-Professional, or Miss Joinery Challenged. I thought I might take some snaps and show the method I'm using; pretty simple, safe, strong and weather tight. Should I do this...

Only thing I can add is A/C, HEATING, CABLE, A COUPLE COUCHES AND A FRIDGE OH AND DOGGIE BEER.

In the U.S., we have pre-fabricated kennels. Those are the ones most people buy. I don't know about UK building standards or if they use the International Residence Code 2006 (latest) but in some counties, kennels for x amount of dogs would be considered a permanent structure and would require a building permit.
