Excellent Luke, everything seems to be
rolling along very nicely. On the pro pep in the freezer thing, I used to do this. A little trick is to put a few grams of udos in with the water and pro pep, that way it stays a bit softer. I used to put chopped up walnuts in mine and freeze it and it tasted awesome. Obviously work out the nutritional content and if it fits in with H's plan then do ...
