I thought i would jump on the comp prep bandwagon as so much of the info I have read on here has been very motivational and has helped me keep my focus through my contest prep. I am doing the Muscle Mayhem in Surrey on 11th May and the UKBFF South East on the 18th May, I have been dieting from mid January - it will be 16.5 weeks of dieting to the first show and 17.5 weeks to the 2nd show. All the best phil Have you thought about playing round with carbs a little more? rather than the static approach? maybe not the time to think of it but always helpful on the way down More importnantly what music have you got for your routine?

Lost Soul - have played with carbs a bit - ie having a lower few days followed by a slightly higher few days here and there - but no not done a carb cycling approach atall.
